1. CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR MECHANICAL IS NOT DRAWN WITH SUFFICIENT CLARITY DOES NOT CONFORM WITH THE INTENT OF THE CODE;
1A. RETURN AIR DUCTS AND RETURN AIR GRILL WAS NOT SHOWN ON THE SPACE UNDERCONSIDERATION. AIR MOVEMENT IS NOT BALANCE. DUCTS SIZES WAS NOT SHOWN EITHER.
2A. EXHAUST OUTLET OF KITCHEN EXHAUST FAN IS 7 FEET AWAY FROM THE RTU-1 AND THE CODE REQUIRES AT LEAST 10 FEET.
3A. KITCHEN EXHAUST OUTLET SHALL TERMINATE 40 INCHES ABOVE THE ROOF SURFACE NOT 24.
4A. MAKE-UP AIR DUCTS AND INSULATION IN THE KITCHEN HOOD AREA SHALL BE NONCOMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL OR LISTED FOR THAT CERTAIN APPLICATION.
5A. CITY OF FRISCO REQUIRES RIGID DUCT TO BE INSTALLED WITH 6 FEET MAXIMUM (R6) FLEX CONNECTOR ALLOWED BETWEEN RIGID DUCT AND DIFFUSER.
