1. A STRAND ENGINEERING LETTER STATES THAT THE STRUCTURE AS AM- MENDED, WITH MODIFICATIONS,WILL SUPPORT THE EXPECTED-DESIGN LOADS TO SUPPORT THE NO STORAGE-ATTIC AND THE ROOF STRUCTURE ABOVE.
2. IT IS ALSO NOTED THAT THE STRUCTURE WITH AC AND GARAGE STANDS AT 5706 SQUARE FEET; IF, AT A LATER DATE 294 SQUARE FEET OR MORE-IDENTIFIED AS STORAGE IS FINISHED AS LIVING SPACE, A TOTAL RETROFIT FOR FIRE SPRINKLERS WILL BE REQUIRED.
