This permit does not include any electrical, plumbing of HVAC in the un-finished 2nd. story. The truss design indicates flooring designed for 40 psf live load capacity. Finish out in the future will require a building permit. Should the finish out and existing area of AC and garage(s) reach or exceed 6000 sf the entire house and garage(s) will require an automatic fire protection sprinkler system.
