PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS;
1. EAST SIDE AND SOUTH SIDE WALL SHALL BE PROTECTED BY AT LEAST 1-HOUR FIRE RESISTIVE CONSTRUCTION, SUBMIT WALL DETAIL SHOWING THIS REQUIREMENTS.
2. ROOF ACCESS LADDER SHOWN OUTSIDE THE BUILDING WALL IS NOT ALLOWED IN OUR CURRENT ORDINANCE, THEREFORE PROVIDE A ROOF ACCESS/HATCH INSIDE THE PROPOSED STORAGE AREA (COF ORDINANCE).
3. PROVIDE WALL SECTION DETAIL BETWEEN EXISTING AND NEW AREAS.

9. NEW CONCRETE SHALL NOT REDUCED THE LANDSCAPE AREA OF THE EXISTING PROPERTY AS REQUIRED BY PLANNING AND ZONING.
10. EXISTING DOOR SHALL NOT BE REMOVED BETWEEN EXISTING AND PROPOSED AREAS BECAUSE THE PROPOSED STORAGE AREA IS AN INCIDENTAL USE THAT NEEDS TO BE SEPARATED BY 1-HOUR FIRE BARRIER WALL WITH SELF CLOSING DOOR (IBC 302.1.1.1.
