pertaining to setbacks from Starwood Construction Committee.
the house has been adjusted to sit on lot with these new setbacks
front remains at 25'
sides however have changed to 10' on each side
10/20 at rear (original setbacks) whereas Starwood Construction Committee has allowed the bldr. a 50' rear bld. line with a variance to build over this build line.
