Special Conditions:
1. Maximum allowable length of wall stud for 2 x 4 @ 8" O. C. is 14', while for 2 x 6 @ 12" O. C. is 20' as per IRC Table 602.3.1.
2. Manufacturer's floor truss detail and schedule is not consistent with sheet 2F-6.
3. The CSPS wall bracing shall comply with IRC Table 602.10.5.
4. Fireplace/chimney shall extend at least 2 feet higher than any portion of a building within 10' but shall not be less than 3 feet above the highest point where the chimney passes through the roof (IRC R1001.6).
