1. Some windows are required to have safety glazing as per IBC 2406.3 and was not called out in the plans or schedule.
2. The insulation on the roof specify in comcheck was not consistent with the plans, the comcheck called out an R-value of 15.3 and on the wall section showing the roof specify a 2 1/2" of rigid insulation, I need a proof of how much R-value does the 2 1/2" rigid insulation have and resubmit comcheck if changes have made.
3. Subject to M.E.P. plan reviews, Fire Marshall, and Field Inspectors.

4. On the code analysis tabulation some of the values doesn't comply with the amendments like the means of egress width factor is still 0.2, lenght of corridor is still 20 feet.
5. In order to get the unlimited area increase the whole structure/building shall be provided with automatic sprinkler system (bank and drive thru).

NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS;
1. THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION IS MIXED OF GROUP B, A3, AND S2.
2. THE CODE ANALYSIS PROPOSED FOR THE BUILDING WAS CHANGED FROM A SPRINKLER BUILDING INTO A NON-SPRINKLER BUILDING, THE IMPACT OF REMOVING THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSTEAD OF A 1-HOUR FIRE RATED WALL CONSTRUCTION BETWEEN GROUP B (BANK) AND GROUP S2 (DRIVE THRU CANOPY) IT WILL BECOME A 2-HOUR FIRE RATED WALL CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS, OPENINGS SHALL BE FIRE PROTECTED AND PENETRATIONS SHALL BE FIRE SEALED/CAULKED.
3. THE EXTERIOR ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS AT DRIVE THRU CANOPY AREA SHALL NOW BE BACKED-UP BY 2 PCS OF 5/8" THK TYPE "X" GYPSUM BOARD INSTEAD OF 1 PC LIKEWISE EXPOSED STRUCTURAL STEEL TO BE COATED WITH APPROVED INTUMESCENT PAINT.
