Comments and requirements:
1. In 2003 IBC amendments about dead end corridor it only allows to have a 20 feet in length maximum, therefore the corridor adjacent to this proposed tenant finish-out is not in compliance and must submit revised floor plan showing correction.
2. Where demising walls and partitions are required to have a minimum 1-hour fire resistive rating, recessed fixtures shall be installed such that the required fire resistance will not be reduced as per IBC 712.3.2.
