1. Floors and walls shall have a smooth, hard, and non-absorbent surface(see IBC 1210).
2. New location of panel shall not be blocked (NEC 408).
3. Additional exit lights/signs shall be installed near the water heater and second exit door.
4. Maintain required 1-hour fire resistive tenant separation wall construction.
5. Submit lighting compliance report to comply with the energy code.
6. Submit letter that no work on HVAC system and existing mechanical hvac layout.
