LG.01 - SPRAY PARK PAD SHALL BE CONTRUCTED & GRADED TO MINIMIZE STORM WATER TO DECK DRAINS CATCHING RUN OFF PIPED TO COLLECTOR TANK.
LW.02 - PROVIDE OBSERVABLE WASTE WATER DISCHARGE, SITE GLASS OR FREE FALL. RETURN WATER TO BE TREATED AND AUTOMATICALLY DISINFECTED. PERMANENTLY LABEL ALL EXPOSED PIPING AT EQUIPMENT. EQUIPMENT ROOM MUST BE LOCKABLE TO PREVENT UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS.
LW.03 - TEST PORT ON RETURN SIDE OF AUTO DISINFECTANT EQUIPMENT IN ORDER TO SAMPLE WATER.
A.1 - STORAGE ROOM VENTILATED IF USED TO STORE CHEMICALS.
MEP.1 - NEED BABY CHANGING STATIONS IN BOTH WOMENS AND MENS REST ROOMS.
MEP.1 - NEED SHOWER FOR WATER PARK USERS TO SHOWER BEFORE USING FACILITY.
MEP.1 - NEED HOT WATER HEATER FOR HAND SINKS & SHOWER. SHOWER DRAIN TO DISCHARGE TO SANITARY SEWER. DO NOT ROUTE THROUGH STORAGE TANK.
LS.01 - MUST HAVE EMERGENCY 911 PHONE LOCATED OUTSIDE OF SPRAY PARK BARRIER/FENCE. NEED A SIGN VISIBLE FROM INSIDE SPRAY PARK BARRIER WITH 4" LETTERS IN HEIGHT STATING "FOR EMERGENCY DIAL 911, AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS IF APPLICABLE.
LS.01 - NEED A SIGN BY THE PHONE STATING THE ADDRESS OF THE SPRAY PARK.
LW.02 - SPRAY PARK WATER & EQUIPMENT MUST BE MAINTAINED BY A CERTIFIED POOL OPERATOR AS SPECIFIED IN THE COMMERCIAL POOL & SPA PERMITTING & PLAN SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS.
