SNEEZE GUARDS AND ALL EQUIPMENT TO MEET NSF REQUIREMENTS. MOP SINK SHALL BE FLOOR MOUNTED. WATER HEATER SHALL BE HIGH RECOVERY COMMERCIAL. IF SMOKING AREA PROVIDED, SUBMIT CALCULATIONS, AIR BALANCE AND TURNOVER FOR APPROVAL. SMOKE TEST WILL BE REQUIRED. PROVIDE SMOKING SIGNAGE PER ORDINANCE.
