5- ALTHOUGH THIS REMODEL AFFECTS A LARGE PART OF THE STORE, IT'S EXTENT IS LIMITED TO WHAT SHOWN IN THE SUBMITTED DWGS AND BY THE DECLARED TOTAL VALUE OF THE JOB. ANY INCREASE IN SCOPE OF WORK OR COST VALUE MUST BE DECLARED AND SUBMITTED TO CITY REVIEW AS A CONSTRUCTION REVISION.
6- CHANGES INVOLVING FOOD AREA LAYOUTS, FINISH, FIXTURING, OR ANY OTHER AFFECTED FOOD RELATED EQUIPMENT, MUST OBTAIN FINAL APPROVAL FROM THE HEALTH & FOOD SAFETY DEPT.
