All retaining walls 3'-0" or higher require an engineered design, inspection during construction and written approval of construction by the developers design engineer. Signed and sealed letter required, indicating same by the design engineer prior to the city final inspection and CO. ( Place letter in permit pouch ). Correct media room floor plan to reflect front elevation without windows.
