1. 1 hour fire/smoke connection to mullion.
2. 1 hour fire/smoke construction w/ 3 5/8” metal studs w/ 5/8” type X gypsum on both sides up to deck,.
3. no plbg. penetrations at either demising wall and/or one hour fire rated wall assembly. furr out and attach 3 5/8" stud w/ 5/8" type x gypsum to demising wall and one hour wall. (plbg. shall be in furr out portion only)
4. Need high/low drinking fountain.
5. need exit lite center of tenant space
6. add floor drain in restroom along with exh. fan
7. at mop sink: tie in washing machine drain to mop sink drain
8. tempered glass within 2' of doors
9. pending approval by health review regarding dish sanitizer and kitchen equipment
