1. demo permit required (Big Bowl Restaurant)
2. 1 hour fire/smoke construction w/ 3 5/8” metal studs w/ 5/8” type X gypsum on both sides up to deck, INTERIOR WALLS--also at tank storage room---and exit corridor.
5. 45 minute doors at exit corridor
6. 1 hour door at tank storage door
7. Need high/low drinking fountain.
a. tempered glass witin 2' of door
b. ladder at roof top needs to be alarm activated
c. move window off of storage room wall---storage room must be vented.
d. building insulation as required, see details--this insulation shall be complete upto deck.
e.see revised detail on dumpster enclosure, detail is attached to sp-1 sheet.
f. 100% metal slats at dumpster enclosure
g. 1 hour vault door---door to be openable from inside w/o key
h. vestibule---provide manual device inside store for emergency opening of grill--grill to remain open during business hours.
