1- CONTINGENT UPON COMPLIANCE WITH BLDG CODE & LOCAL REQUIREMENTS, PERTINENT LEGISLATIONS AND REVIEW COMMENTS.
2- STRUCT'L STEEL COLUMNS WITHIN STOREFRONT, USED FOR SUPPORT OF THE EXIXTING CANOPY STRUCTURE, MUST BE 1 HR FIRE PROTECTED AND COVERED WITH SUITABLE FINISH AS REQ'D. DETAILS OF NEW CONFORMING COLUMN-ENCLOSURES & RELATED STOREFRONT CONNECTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL AS REQ'D.
3- SHGC FOR STOREFRONT GLAZING NOT TO EXCEED O.6.
4- PENDING SUBMITTAL OF FRONT BLDG ELEVATION SHOWING THE FULL STOREFRONT AND ANYTHING ELSE INVOLVED UNDER THE SAME RENOVATION PROJECT.
5- ANY WOOD TO BE FIRE-RESISTANT TREATED.
