2- PROVIDE TWO SEPARATE TOILETS AS PER CODE WITH AT LEAST ONE CONFORMING AS FULLY ACCESSIBLE ADA "UNISEX" FACILITY. (ANY ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION DIFFERING FROM THE SUGGESTED REVIEW SKETCH MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL PRIOR CONSTRUCTION).
3- PROVIDE SERVICE (OR MOP) SINK AND HI/LO DRINKING FOUNTAIN AS REQ'D. (LOCATIONS OPTIONAL BUT SUBJECT TO INSP. APPROVALS). (COMBINATION OF ONE STANDARD HEIGHT DRINK'G FOUNT. PLUS ONE BOTTLED WATER COOLER WITH CUP DISPENSER IS ACCEPTABLE).
4- PENDING SUBMITTAL OF "ARCHITECT'S" ASBESTOS STATEMENT FOR THE NEW CONSTRUCTION AS PER HB 1927. (Not valid by Owner).
5- M.E.P. SYSTEMS (INCLUDING HVAC, VENTILATION, ELEC. LOADS, PLBG, ETC.) TO BE VERIFIED & EVALUATED BY QUALIFIED M.E.P ENGR IF ANY UPGRADING IS NEEDED FOR THE NEW PROJECT. (ANY IMPROVEMENT OR MODIFICATION MUST BE DECLARED IN ENGR'S REPORT LETTER AND PASS INSPECTION AS REQ'D).
6- KEEP DEMISING WALLS CLEAR FROM ANY NEW PLBG OR NEW DUCT WORK. (REFURBISH THE WALLS & RESEAL AS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN THE REQ'D 1 HR FIRE/SMOKE-RATED TENANT SEPARATION.
7- SUBJECT TO M.E.P. REVIEWS, FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
