6- ALL PROJECT TO BE OF NON-COMBUSTIBLE CONSTRUCTION AS REQ'D.
7- IF THE PROJECT'S COST EVALUATION IS EXPECTED TO BE $50,000 OR MORE, THE TDLR REGISTRATION NUMBER MUST BE SUBMITTED TO VALIDATE THIS PERMIT.
8- PENDING SUBMITTAL OF VALID ASBESTOS-FREE STATEMENT FOR THE FINISH-OUT DESIGN (AS PER HB 1927) PRIOR ANY STARTING OF CONSTRUCTION.
