1- CONTINGENT UPON COMPLIANCE WITH P+Z/ CIVIL ENGG APPROVALS OF FINAL SITE PLAN, CODE & LOCAL REQUIREMENTS, PERTINENT LEGISLATIONS AND ALL REVIEW COMMENTS.
2- AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEMS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE ADMINISTRATION BLDG, FLEET MAINTENANCE BLDG & THE ENCLOSED STORAGE BLDING.
3- FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEMS FOR COVERED STORAGE, WASH FACILITY AND FUEL ISLAND MAY BE OMITTED UNLESS OBJECTED BY THE FIRE MARSHAL.
4- SYSTEM OF DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES NEED TO BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE ENVIRONMENTAL SVCS DEPT. (972-335-5519) PRIOR STARTING CONSTRUCTION.
5- MECH'L EQUIPMENT PLACED IN THE ADMIN. BLDG'S ATTIC SPACE MUST BE APPROCHABLE THRU AT LEAST ONE PERMANENT ACCESSWAY WITH ST'L LADDER & ATTIC FLOOR HATCH IN JANITOR'S CLOSET AS PER MARKED COMMENTS. DECKED CATWALKS MUST BE PROVIDED AT THE EQUIPMENT AREAS AND CONNECTING ALL WALKWAYS AS PER APPROVED DETAILS.
6- SUBJECT TO M.E.P REVIEWS, FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
