5- STOREFRONT GLAZING TO CONFORM TO CITY CRITERIA AND IECC AS PER COMMENTS.
6- PENDING SUBMITTAL OF SIZING & DETAILING OF METAL STUD FRAMING FOR EXTERIOR WALLS (AS DESIGNED BY THE STRUCTURAL ENGR) IN ADDITION TO ALL UPDATED DWGS AS REQ'D.
7- UNLESS OBJECTED BY INSPECTORS, TRANSFERING THE INSTALLATION OF SHELL ITEMS, SUCH AS INSULATION OF EXTERIOR WALLS, STOREFRONTS, DEMISING WALLS, ETC., TO THE TENANT'S FINISH-OUT CONTRACTORS, IS ALLOWED PROVIDED ALL PERMIT CONDITIONS ARE MET AS REQ'D.
