1- CONTINGENT UPON COMPLIANCE WITH P+Z/ CIVIL ENGG APPROVAL OF FINAL SITE PLAN, CODE & LOCAL REQUIREMENTS, PERTINENT LEGISLATIONS AND ALL REVIEW COMMENTS.
2- DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE LAYOUT & DTLS TO CONFORM TO CITY CRITERIA. SYSTEM APPROVAL TO BE OBTAINED FROM THE ENVIRONMENTAL SVCS DEPT. (972-335-5519) AND SUBMITTED AS EVIDENCE PRIOR STARTING ANY CNSTRUCTION.

EXCEPTIONS:
1) ONLY THE CANOPY SPRINKLERS MAY BE OMITTED IF A DOUBLE LAYER OF 5/8" TYPE 'X' GYP. BD PROTECTION IS PROVIDED UNDER THE CANOPY ROOF STRUCTURE.
2) BOTH CANOPY SPRINKLERS AND GYP. BD PROTECTION OF CANOPY ROOF MAY BE OMITTED IF THE SEPARATION WALL AT THE OFFICE STRUCTURE REMAINS 2 HR FIRE RATED (TABLE 302.3.3).
4- 1 HR RATED WALLS TO DECK & 1 HR DOOR ASSEMBLIES MUST BE PROVIDED FOR LAN ROOM AND ELECT'L CLOSET AS REQ'D.
5- STEEL LADDER ACCESS TO ROOF TO BE PROVIDED INTERNALLY THRU ROOF SCUTTLE AS PER COMMENTS. (EXTERIOR STEEL LADDERS ARE NOT ALLOWED).
6- PROVIDE SERVICE OR MOP SINK AND HI/LO DRINKING FOUNTAIN AS REQ'D.
7- SUBJECT TO M.E.P. REVIEWS, FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
