2- EVIDENCE OF NO PRESENCE OF ASBESTOS IN THE EXISTING PREMISES, AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL STATEMENT OF NO ASBESTOS IN NEW CONSTRUCTION, MUST BE SUBMITTED AS LEGISLATED PRIOR ANY CONSTRUCTION.
3- WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE ENVIRONMENTAL SVCS DEPT. IS NECESSARY TO CONFIRM THAT EXISTING DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE FACILITIES ARE (OR SHALL BE MADE BY THE APPLICANT IF NOT) ADEQUATE FOR THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS AS PER CITY CRITERIA.
4- BECAUSE OF UNSUBMITTED WORKING DWGS, BLDG INSPECTORS SHALL REVIEW PROJECT COMPLIANCE DIRECTLY ON SITE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, BUT MAY REQUEST PROFESSIONALLY SEALED DWGS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION DETAIL THAT NEEDS CLARIFICATION. (THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR RESULTING CORRECTIONS OR MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE TOTALLY ASSUMED BY THE CONTRACTOR).
