The copy of the TABC license submitted with the renewal application had Eternal Success Frisco LLC listed as the owner instead of Eternal Success Corporation in our records. Spoke with Owner Sangjan Kamthong on 09/11/2024 to confirm that the change was a name/business structure change rather than a change in ownership. Owner confirmed that it was a change from corporation to LLC only (see letter attached) which they updated with TABC but failed to do with us. Verified with Julie that the letter adn TABC license suffice to update our records which she approved.
