Original TABC application signed on 5/14/19 was rejected by TABC due to clerical error. New application was approved for this permit on 8/27/19.

Spoke with Comptroller Ellen Henry by phone on 08-27-24 inquiring if there was a change in name or ownership from Genghis Beverage Concessions LLC to Grill Operations 2017, LLC. She said they own both companies and she jsut was not certain which one was used for the Genghis Grill. She said, both theFlower Mound, Tx or the South Elgin , IL address' can be used forbillin or mailing purposes.
