Variance sought and presented at the 10/16/2018 City Council Meeting. City Council approved the variance with a vote of 5-1.

The owner stopped by CSO today and stated he had closed the Berlin Cafe but is planning to open a different restaurant in the same location under the same ownership. He is hoping to keep his current TABC license and just change the name. Health currently shows this location as open.

TABC shows change of name to Dos Amigos Cantina, and the City's records show a CO issued to the same name. Changing the business name on this permit to match TABC. TABC status report is attached.

New owners have now applied for new TABC license for Dos Amigos Cantina - A22-00035. This permit is now withdrawn.
