CALLED RESTAURANT TO SPEAK TO MGR-PERMIT HAS EXPIRED AND FOLLOW UP CALL TO MGR MADE. RESTAURANT CHAIN HAS BEEN SOLD AND HE WILL LET NEW OWNERS KNOW THAT THEY NEED TO RENEW PERMIT WITH CITY SECRETARY.

Please let this email serve as official notice that Dickey's Barbecue Pit
#TX-074 located at 7070 Preston Rd., Frisco, TX 75034 will not be renewing
the liquor permit that recently expired.
