All work performed must meet the 2012 IBC, IMC, IPC, IECC (2015), IFC (2006), & 2011 NEC Standards, abide by the City of Frisco Zoning Ordinance (11-04-09) and all other city ordinances and local amendment.
*All subcontractors must validate and obtain current registration with the city prior to start of project.

*Issuance of building permit does not include fire marshal approval. Separate submittal for fire marshal review, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, fire underground, and /or any additional requirements as set forth by the fire department need to be submitted directly to the fire marshal office for approval (Fire Inspection 972-292-6328) .
*Prior to the vertical construction of any structures, the approved fire lanes and fire hydrants for the site must be installed and approved by both the City Engineer Inspector and the Fire Marshal’s office. ***
