Too wet from previous rainstorms. Horizontal PVC drainage piping is no longer fully supported by dry bedding materials.
The 1/2-inch hot water loop sleeved by 1-inch pex has been insulated with 1 1/2-inch piping insulation. Correctly install the proper size insulation.
