Attic decking installed in dangerous manner with cantilever edges and overcut plywood. Dedicated 24-inch walkway from the last step of the ladder to the furnace decking incomplete. Furnace and coil decking platform obstructed by roof braces.

1. Gas test low, well below the minimum 3 psig.
2. PVC water test very low in the test pipe on the second floor.
3. The tub that was leaking at the last inspection is not on test for this inspection and the drain has been completely remove and a test ball installed. The test ball must be removed, tub drain assembled and plugged for test as we will never see the drain hold again once covered with sheetrock and finished surfaces.
4. The attic decking overcuts must be reenforced to remain as installed. The 24-inch walkway to the furnace platform must be continuous without gaps in the decking.
There will be a 72 hour hold assessed at the next disapproval.
