Fascia Sign
1- Individual letters pin mounted to architectural façade.
2- Individual letters cannot exceed 24 inches in height.
3- Length of sign cannot exceed 75% of the demised wall space.
4- Sign cannot exceed 75% of the width of the storefront or architectural feature that this sign is mounted on.
5- Signs & letters cannot exceed 4 inches in depth.
6- All signs must be back lit halo-illuminated letters, no external illumination, led lighting is encouraged.
7- A registered logo and/or logotype and size must be approved by the landlord.
8- Roof mounted parapet signs or signs protruding above the building roof line are not permitted.
9- Lettering shall consist of individually pin-mounted dimensional letters.
10- Corporate colors for the tenant identities are not permissible.
11- All signs shall be made of brushed stainless steel; side returns and back-plates of letters to be the same material.
12- Stand-offs for letters must be stainless steel to match sign material.
