Food Vendor Requirements:
1. Food handlers must wear hair restraints that cover the full base of the head (ball cap, hairnet, etc - no visors).
2. Temporary hand wash station.
3. No bare hand contact.
4. 3 compartment wash, rinse, sanitize station must be present (with sanitizer test strips)
5. No food or food containers may be stored directly on the ground.
6. Food must remained covered when not being handled for production or service.
7. Mechanical refrigeration must be used for cold holding of potentially hazardous foods. Ice is not allowed.
8. Hot holding must be used for hot holding of potentially hazardous foods.
