A PERSON WHO INTENDS TO REMOVE OR OTHERWISE DISTURB SOIL TO A DEPTH OF 16 OR MORE INCHES SHALL NOTIFY A TEXAS ONE CALL NOTIFICATION CENTER NOT EARLIER THAN THE 14TH DAY BEFORE THE DATE THE EXCAVATION IS TO BEGIN OR LATER THAN THE 48TH HOUR BEFORE THE TIME THE EXCAVATION IS TO BEGIN IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAW (DIAL 811).
BY PLAT, PUBLIC UTILITIES SHALL AT ALL TIMES HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE AND KEEP ALL OR PARTS OF ANY BUILDINGS, FENCES (INCLUDING RETAINING WALLS), TREES, SHRUBS OR OTHER IMPROVEMENTS OR GROWTHS WHICH MAY IN ANY WAY ENDANGER OR INTERFERE WITH THE CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE, OR EFFICIENCY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SYSTEMS IN THE EASEMENTS.

***DESIGN WILL NOT SUPPORT SURCHARGE LOADS OF BUILDINGS.
***GRADING CHANGE SHALL NOT OBSTRUCT DRAINAGE OF ADJACENT PROPERTIES OR DRAINAGE EASEMENTS.

***ALL PORTIONS OF FENCE USED AS POOL BARRIER SHALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS AS SUCH.
