-To determine that the parking requirement is met for the purposes of a certificate of occupancy we need a few pieces of information that can be found in a multi-tenant leasing plan from the landlord. We need names of the businesses on the property, the suite numbers, and what the office space is being used for. We also need the square footage of every unit on the property. With this information we can determine if there is appropriate parking for the use you are applying for. Please also notate any vacant units on the property.
