1-The exterior of the kiosk must be constructed of a non combustible material such as metal or fire retardant-treated wood (FRT).
2-Aluminum composite material (ACM) having a spread flame index of not more than 25 and a smoke- developed index of not more than 450 per ASTM E-84.
3-The minimum horizontal separation between the kiosk and other structures is 20 feet.
4-All work performed must meet the 2015 IBC, IMC, IPC, IECC, IFC (2015), & 2014 NEC Standards, abide by the City of Frisco Zoning Ordinance (11-04-09) and all other city ordinances and local amendment.
5-All subcontractors must validate and obtain current registration with the city prior to start of project.
6-Subject to M.E.P reviews and field inspections.
7-Subject to the Federal ADA requirements.
