PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS;
1- CONTINGENT UPON COMPLIANCE TO BLDG CODE & LOCAL REQUIREMENTS, PERTINENT LEGISLATIONS AND REVIEW COMMENTS.
2- ANY NEW WALL PATCHWORK OR NEW PARTITION ALONG RATED WALL CONSTRUCTION MUST BE RATED TO MATCH EXISTING (MIN. 1 HR UL-U465), UP TO UNDERSIDE OF DECK ABOVE (AS APPLICABLE), FULLY FIRE SEALED ON BOTH SIDES AND WITH PROTECTED OPENINGS AS REQ'D. FIRE/SMOKE COMBINATION DAMPERS MUST BE ADDED, OR RELOCATED, AT ANY NEW POINT OF DUCTWORK'S RATED PENETRATIONS & AS ACCEPTABLE TO INSPECTORS.
3- EXISTING STRUCT'L FIREPROOFING (EITHER SPRAY-ON OR GYP BD TYPE), WHICH IS AFFECTED OR DAMAGED BY ALTERATION WORK, MUST BE FULLY RESTORED OR REFURBISHED TO MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF STRUCTURE'S ORIGINAL RATING (BUT NOT LESS THAN 2 HR), ACCORDING TO MIN. TYPE I-B CONSTR'N & TO UL-LISTED DESIGNS AS REQ'D.
4- ALL APPLICABLE CODES SHALL BE IN 2003 ICC CODES EXCEPT FOR NEC
5- SECOND MEANS OF EGRESS THAT WILL ACCESS INTO THE STORAGE AREA SHALL NOT BE OBSTRUCTED BY ANYTHING AT ALL TIMES.
6- NO WORK IS ALLOWED TO BE ADDED TO, OR MODIFIED FROM, WHAT SHOWN IN PERMIT SET, UNLESS FOLLOW-UP REVISIONS ARE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED AS REQ'D.
