3. NO MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND ELECTRICAL PLANS, BUT THEY ARE PROPOSING TO INSTALL NEW HI/LO DRINKING FOUNTAIN, MOVE LOCATION OF 4 LIGHTING FIXTURES.
4. CONTINGENT UPON COMPLIANCE TO BUILDING CODE & LOCAL REQUIREMENTS, PERTINENT LEGISLATIONS AND REVIEW COMMENTS.
5. ANY NEW WALL PATCHWORK INTO THE DEMISING WALL SHALL BE RATED TO MATCH EXISTING, UP TO UNDERSIDE OF DECK ABOVE (AS APPLICABLE), FULLY FIRE SEALED ON BOTH SIDES AND WITH PROTECTED OPENINGS AS REQ'D. MEMBRANE PENETRATION INTO THE DEMISING WALL SHALL NOT REDUCE THE FIRE RESISTANCE RATING OF IT, FIRESTOP SYSTEM SHALL BE INSTALLED AND MATERIALS SHALL BE TESTED IN AN APPROVED ASSEMBLY.
6. EXISTING STRUCT'L FIREPROOFING (GYP BD TYPE), WHICH IS AFFECTED OR DAMAGED BY FINISH-OUT WORK, MUST BE FULLY RESTORED OR REFURBISHED TO MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF STRUCTURE'S ORIGINAL RATING (BUT NOT LESS THAN 2 HR.
7. NO WORK IS ALLOWED TO BE ADDED TO, OR MODIFIED FROM, WHAT SHOWN IN PERMIT SET, UNLESS FOLLOW-UP REVISIONS ARE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED AS REQ'D.
8. ACCEPTABILITY OF USE, LAYOUT AND TYPE OF CONSTR'N OF NEWLY CREATED SPACES (NOT IDENTIFIED ON PLANS) SUBJECT TO INSPECTOR'S VERIFICATION & APPROVALS.
9. ALL CEILING AND WALL FINISHES SHALL COMPLY WITH 2003 IBC SECTION 803 FOR FLAME AND SMOKE SPREAD INDEX/RATING.
10. SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FROM M.E.P. REVIEWS, FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
