1. ENCLOSED VESTIBULE REQUIRED AT THE TWO MAIN ENTRANCE AREA, BECAUSE WHEN THE ALTERATION WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE AGGREGATE AREA OF THE EXISTING SPACE OR BUILDING IT IS CLASSIFIED AS LEVEL 3 ALTERATIONS IN 2003 IEBC THAT MAKES IT TO COMPLY WITH THE MATERIALS AND METHODS REQUIRED BY 2003 IECC ( SEE IEBC 305.1, 503.3, AND IECC 802.3.6).
2. PROPOSED RESTROOMS SEALED/EPOXY FLOOR FINISH AND GYPSUM BOARD AS SPECIFY IN SHEET A0-1 ARE NOT ALLOWED IN CITY OF FRISCO, FINISH MATERIAL FOR FLOORS AND WALLS SHALL HAVE A HARD, SMOOTH AND NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE.
3. APPLICABLE CODES SHALL BE THE 2003 IECC, IPC AND IMC.
4. EXIT LIGHTS SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE 3RD EXIT AND ABOVE THE NEW VESTIBULES.
5. SUBJECT TO FIELD REVIEW AND INSPECTION.
