PROVIDE MIN. 5'-0" DEEP LANDING SPACE AT TOP OF RAMP BY MOVING THE EXISTING CHAIN LINK FENCE CORNER OFF FROM THAT LOCATION AND CHANGING IT TO A 45-DEGREE CUT-OUT AS SUGGESTED (SEE PROVIDED SKETCH).
4- PROVIDE SAFETY PIPE BOLLARDS WHERE INDICATE AND WHEREVER CONSIDERED NECESSARY FOR PEDESTRIAN PROTECTION FROM APPROACHING POLICE CARS AND OTHER VEHICULAR OPERATIONS. A GUARD RAILING ALONG THE WALL FRONTING THE DRIVE APPROACH (BETWEEN DOORS #101 & #115) IS ALSO RECOMMENDED.
