PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS;
1. MEANS OF EGRESS DOOR #2 GOING INTO THE FIRE RATED CORRIDOR MUST SWING (OPPOSITE AS SHOWN IN PLANS) TOWARDS THE PATH OF EGRESS TRAVEL (IBC 1008.1.2).
2. MANUEVERING CLEARANCE OF DOOR #2 IN FITTING ROOM #4 IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH ANSI A117/TAS TABLE 404.2.4.1, REVISED DRAWING AS REQUIRED SHALL BE SUBMITTED.
3. DOOR #3 IN THE BATHROOMS ALONG THE FIRE RATED CORRIDOR SHALL HAVE 20 MINUTES FIRE RATED PROTECTION (IBC TABLE 715.3).
4. INCIDENTAL STORAGE AREA SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM THE RETAIL SPACE BY SMOKE BARRIER/PARTITION, THEREFORE DETAIL OF PARTITION #3 SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED FROM FLOOR UPTO THE UNDERSIDE OF ROOF DECK ABOVE AND DOOR #4 SHALL BE SELF CLOSING OR AUTOMATIC-CLOSING UPON DETECTION OF SMOKE (IBC 302.1.1.1).
5. RESTROOMS FLOORS AND WALL FINISH SHALL BE HARD, SMOOTH, AND NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE, PAINT AND VCT ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN CITY OF FRISCO (IBC 1210.1 AND 1210.2).
6. INTERIOR WALL AND CEILING FINISH SHALL HAVE CLASS C CLASSIFICATION WITH FLAME SPREAD RATING OF 76-200 MIN., SMOKED DEVELOPED 0-450 MIN. (IBC 803.1).
7. ANY WOODS USED IN A TYPE II-B NON-COMBUSTIBLE CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE FIRE RETARDANT TREATED WOOD.
8. WHERE DEMISING AND CORRIDOR WALLS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AT LEAST 1-HOUR FIRE RESISTANCE RATING, RECESSED FIXTURES SHALL BE INSTALLED SUCH THAT THE REQUIRED FIRE RESISTANCE WILL NOT BE REDUCED (IBC 712.3.2).
9. BI-LEVEL SWITCHING REQUIRED IN STORAGE AREA AS PER IECC.
10. SUBJECT TO FIELD INSPECTION.

OTHERWISE, CONSTRUCTION MAY NOT CONTINUE UNTIL DWGS ARE RESUBMITTED FOR RENEWED PERMIT AND RELATED REVIEWS FEES ARE PAID.
