Plan review comments;
1. City of Frisco amended the length of a dead end corridor to be 20 feet maximum while the proposed plan was showing more than the allowable length and not in compliance, constructing a wall and door (bulkhead) across the corridor that is measured 20 feet from the door opening in exit stairways will resolve the dead end situation for suite #330 & #350 and they shall have a common exit access (passageway) that allows an occupant load of not more than 50 people (not to have 2 exits requirements) going into a corridor meeting the amendments . Therefore this requirements shall be done together with the proposed tenant finish-out for compliance with the fire and life safety issue.
2. The bigger suite at the south/east side of the building shall not use the exit access passageway intended only for suite #330 & #350 due to occupant load limitations.
3. Any woods used in this proposed tenant finish shall be fire retardant treated wood.
4. Any penetration on 1-hour fire rated demising wall shall not reduce the fire rasistance of the demising wall.
5. Subject to field inspection.
