5- AS PER CITY CRITERIA, IT'S RECOMMENDED THAT ANY GLASS PANEL SET WITHIN 18" A.F.F. TO BE SAFETY GLASS REGARDLESS OF CODE'S ALLOWABLE EXCEPTIONS. SLIDING DOORS @ MAIN ENTRANCE VESTIBULE TO CONFORM TO SEC 1008.1.3.3 IBC.
6- DUCTWORK PENETRATIONS OF RATED ELEMENTS TO BE PROVIDED WITH FIRE/SMOKE COMBINATION DAMPERS UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY INSPECTORS. ALL PENETRATIONS TO BE FIRE-SEALED AS REQ'D.
