2- ALL BLDG MATERIALS TO BE NON-COMBUSTIBULE EXCEPT FOR ROOF CONSTRUCTION, PLYWOOD SHEATHING, ETC., WHEN APPROVED BY INSPECTORS AND MADE OF FIRE-RESISTANT-TREATED WOOD AS REQ'D.
3- STRUCTURAL ENGR OF RECORD TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL STRUCT'L DESIGN COORDINATION FOR ENTIRE PROJECT, INCLUDING STRUCT'L WORKS DESIGNED BY OTHERS.
4- NO MECH'L EQUIPMENT TO BE PLACED ON ROOF OTHER THAN THE NECESSARY VENTS OR FLUES (KEPT TO THE VERY MINIMUM, SIZED AND LOCATED AS INCONSPICUOUSLY AS POSSIBLE) WHEN APPROVED BY INSPECTORS AND PAINTED TO MATCH ROOF COLOR.
5- ALL DUCT'S RATED PENETRATIONS TO BE PROVIDED WITH FIRE/SMOKE DAMPERS COMBINATION UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY INSPECTORS.
6- SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FROM M.E.P. REVIEWS, FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
