2- PENDING SUBMITTAL OF EXISTING FLOOR PLAN.
3- PENDING SUBMITTAL OF ONE PROJECT SET MARKED WITH LANDLORD'S APPROVAL STAMP AND COMMENTS. (PERMIT NOT VALID WITHOUT LANDLORD APPROVED PLANS).
4- PENDING SUBMITTAL OF ALL REQUIRED EXPLANATORY ARCHITECT'L SECTION & DETAILS, INCLUDING 1 HR MALL BULKHEAD, SIGN FASCIA, SELF-SUPPORTING CONSTRUCTION OF STOREFRONT SECURITY GATE, ETC. (FRONT PIERS MUST BE 1 HR ENCLOSED STRUCTURE).
5- PROVIDE FULL HEIGHT 1 HR FIRE/SMOKE SEPARATION BETWEEN BACK TREATMENT AREA AND FRONT LOBBY/RECEPTION AREA. (FIRE/SMOKE COMBINATION DAMPERS ARE REQ'D AT DUCT PENETRATIONS OF THIS WALL).
6- ANY FIREPROOFING OF EXISTING STEEL FRAMING DAMAGED BY CONSTRUCTION MUST BE REPAIRED & REFURBISHED TO FULL 2 HR FIRE RESISTANCE PRIOR APPLICATION OF FINISH WORK.
7- NO LASER EQUIPMENT IS PERMITTED IN LOBBY/RECEPTION AREA UNLESS PROVIDED WITH FULLY CLOSED WINDOW BLINDS AND ALL NECESSARY SCREENING PRECAUTIONS ARE TAKEN TO ASSURE COMPLETE PUBLIC PROTECTION FROM ESCAPING LASER BEAMS.
8- SUBJECT TO FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
