2- PENDING SUBMITTAL OF ARCH'L & STRUCT'L DTLS FOR DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AS PER CITY CRITERIA AND SYSTEM APPROVAL FROM THE ENVIRONM'L SVCS DEPT. (972-335-5519) PRIOR STARTING ANY CONSTRUCTION.
3- SHELL PERMIT TO INCLUDE INSULATION FOR THE ENTIRE BLDG ENVELOPE (EXTERIOR WALLS, ROOF, ETC.).
4- COORDINATE FRONT ENTRANCE DOORS OF STOREFRONT WITH THE ENTRY VESTIBULE LAYOUT OF FUTURE TENANT'S PROJECT (UNDER SEPARATE FINISH-OUT PERMIT APPLICATION).
5- PROVIDE TILTWALL OPENING FOR POSSIBLE FINISH-OUT REQUIREMENT OF ADDITIONAL EMERGENCY EXIT FROM TENANT'S GYM SPACE DEDICATED TO MULTY-PURPOSE USES OF HIGHER OCCUPANCY.
6-PROVIDE ROOF DRAINAGE SYSTEM WITH PRIMARY ROOF DRAINS (SIZED NOT TO ALLOW ANY PONDING OF WATER) AND SECONDARY OVERFLOW ROOF DRAINS, AS REQ'D.
7- SUBJECT TO FUTURE COORDINATION ADJUSTMENTS OR CHANGES AS NEEDED FOR FINISH-OUT CONSTRUCTION.
8- SUBJECT TO M.E.P. REVIEWS, FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
