2- PROVIDE 1 HR RATED EXITWAYS, WALLS AND DOOR ASSEMBLIES AS REQ'D.
3- ADD ONE EXIT DOOR AT STOREFRONT TO ALLEVIATE THE INCREASED FOYER'S EXITING LOAD CAUSED BY THE ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY OF THE CHURCH SANCTUARY.
4- KITCHEN EQUIPMENT IS SUBJECT TO HEALTH DEPT APPROVAL IF USED TO PREPARE AND SERVE FOOD TO PUBLIC, INCLUDING STUDENTS.
5- VERIFY WITH THE ENVIRONM'L SVCS DEPT IF THE EXISTING TRASH FACILITY IS EQUITABLE FOR THE CHURCH NEEDS AS IT IS, OR IF SHOULD BE AUGMENTED OR UPDATED TO PRESENT CITY CRITERIA.
