4- OUTSIDE DINING AREAS AND RECEIVING SERVICE ACTIVITIES MUST NOT INTERFERE WITH NECESSARY SIDEWALK TRAFFIC SPACE OR OBSTRUCT CURB RAMP ACCESSIBILITY AS REQUIRED FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
