5- PRIMARY ROOF DRAINAGE BY ROOF DRAINS PIPED TO STORM WITH SECONDARY OVERFLOW ROOF DRAINS OR "OVERFLOW ONLY" SCUPPERS SIZED 3 TIMES THE CAPACITY OF THE ROOF DRAINS.
