2- EAST END WALL MUST BE 1 HR RATED WALL ON THE INTERIOR SIDE OF THE PROPERTY LINE OR A 2 HR PARTY WALL CENTERED ON THE PROPERTY LINE (WITH PROVISIONS FOR FUTURE TWO-WAY HORIZ. EXIT SYSTEMS @ CONNECTED BLDG CORRIDORS).
3- WALLS AND CEILING OF THE 2-STORY PEDESTRIAN PASS-TROUGH (BETWEEN COL. LINES Y & Z) TO BE 1 HR RATED.
4- SECOND FLOOR SPACE BETWEEN COL. LINES Z & CC IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE RENTED UNTIL THE SECOND MEANS OF EGRESS & ELEVATOR FACILITY ARE AVAILABLE @ TIME OF FUTURE CONNECTION WITH BLDG F1-8.
