Spoke with Office Manager Mandy Fields on 09/04/2024 to confirm there was no ownership change. She confirmed that there wasn't an ownership change, Newmarket Lodging LLC is the hotel owner and Frisco Courtyard Beverage LLC and Chase Hospitality LLC all fall under that umbrella (all co-owners).
